The shortage of free electric capacity is often a limiting factor when organizing large charging complexes. The solution is the implementation of systems with power (load) balancing - this is a global trend, and relevant products have started to appear on the Russian market. However, the implementation of such solutions proved to be a non-trivial task, and many projects did not develop due to the lack of competence of engineering teams or shortcomings of technical solutions as such.


At the same time, the majority of balancing solutions available on the market imply only redistribution of electric power between the electric vehicles connected at a given moment at a static setpoint at the input to the charging complex. If the solution allows redistributing the unclaimed power of the object, this function is usually realized through the “cloud”, which in turn greatly reduces the speed (energy efficiency) and stability of the complex.

Having started creating scalable charging complexes in 2017, our team has come a long way in searching, optimizing and implementing the world's most advanced technologies at iconic Russian real estate sites. The experience gained in electrification of several thousand parking spaces and the existing skills in developing innovative engineering products allowed us to create our own software and hardware complex “System of Dynamic Power Management and Redistribution” (SDUPEM).

The solution takes into account the peculiarties of the real architecture of skyscrapers power grids and feedback from technical experts of a dozen of residential developers .
This made it possible to create a product that is absolutely unique for Russian and actually word market.

The architecture of the solution allows to maximize the use of all main switchboards and switchgears of the property. There is no dependence on cloud solutions, which increases stability and performance.
