Kvitter-eMobility's participation in SPIEF 2024, 5 June

On June 5, within the framework of SPIEF, Yuri Smirnov, Managing Partner of Kvitter-eMobility, took part in the session “Future Technologies in Construction” at the Roscongress Urban Hub, moderated by TV presenter and journalist Ksenia Sobchak.

During the session, invited experts: Petr Geltischev, Director of Department of Natsproektstroy GC, Lyubov Pshenichnikova, CEO of Airplane 10D PJSC, Lyubov Pshenichnikova, Director of Strategic Partnerships Development at VK, and Demid Kosterev, Managing Partner of Modulbau, discussed which trends will be able to make a breakthrough in the near future: prefabrication, digitalization, robotization, 3D-printing or AI, as well as what innovations can change the look of cities and spaces.

In his speech, Yuri Smirnov detailed two “general” trends in design and construction that will allow for more proper handling of resources and energy savings:

  1. Digital modeling of buildings, which makes it possible to determine with great accuracy how many resources, in particular electricity, will be required for this or that real estate object. And, accordingly, what effect that property will have on the environment. This approach makes it possible to save tens of percent on resources, including electricity.
  2. The second trend is the distribution and balancing of electric power (PAC “SDUPEM”). This is an approach that allows the same allocated reserve of electric power to be used for different purposes at different moments of time.

Yuri concluded his speech with a presentation of an intelligent charging station of his own production with an emotional personalized interface - Kvitter Emotion, which makes it possible to create a space for emotions out of a utilitarian parking lot.

The session was held under the auspices of the Future Technologies Forum and is intended to form the basis for the development of a separate discussion and research area within the framework of this multilateral international event.
